Policy on Refunds and Cancellations

All cancellations and refunds are subject to airline regulations and fare restrictions because we collaborate with multiple airlines and third-party suppliers. Please read the following carefully before making or modifying a booking.

1. Airline Rules Apply

• The airline's fares and policies govern refunds, changes, cancellations, and reissues.
• Some fares may be non-refundable or carry penalties for changes.
• Decisions made by airlines regarding changes to schedules, delays, or cancellations are not under Travel Fares Pro's control.

2. Cancellation Requests

• You must call our Customer Care at +1 (844) 712-1220 for all cancellation requests.
• Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled departure of the flight.
• If you fail to show up (a “no-show”), most airlines treat the ticket as non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

• Refund amounts (if applicable) will be processed back to the original form of payment.
• Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the airline, payment provider, or third-party system.
• Service fees charged by Travel Fares Pro are non-refundable.

4. Changes & Rebooking

• Most of the time, airlines won't let people change their names.
• Date, time, or destination changes may be allowed by certain airlines with applicable fees.
• Travel Fares Pro service fees and any penalties imposed by airlines are the responsibility of customers.

5. Special Circumstances

• According to airline policy, customers may be eligible for a full refund or a new reservation in the event that the airline cancels a flight.
• Travel Fares Pro will assist in coordinating with the airline but is not responsible for final decisions.
