• TravelFaresPro is not responsible for denied boarding or additional costs caused by invalid or outdated travel documents.
• Travelers must review airline baggage policies, ancillary service fees, and applicable entry or exit fees.

3. Restrictions on Liability

TravelFaresPro acts solely as a middleman between travelers and airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or suppliers.
• Personal injury, sickness, loss, damage, accident, or expenses incurred during travel.
• Any claim exceeding the total amount paid for the booking in question.

4. Changes, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Requests for changes or cancellations may incur airline fees (typically $200–$300 per international ticket) in addition to TravelFaresPro’s service fees.
• Some bookings may be non-changeable or non-refundable depending on airline or supplier policies.

5. Resolution of Conflicts

• Unresolved disputes may be settled under applicable U.S. law through mediation or small claims court.
• By using this website, you waive the right to a jury trial and agree to mediation or arbitration as the primary resolution method.

6. Unauthorized Use of the Website
